摘要
根据目前在建的上海地铁明珠线2期工程对隧道施工信息管理的要求,制定并实施了对以前引进的地铁盾构数据采集系统的技术改造方案,新增加了陀螺仪硬件,新开发了盾构掘进姿态管理、盾构施工数据管理和盾构实时数据可扩展专用局域网络的计算机应用软件,对今后国产盾构的数据采集系统具有一定的参考指导作用。
In accordance with requirements raised from information management in tunnel construction of the second stage of Pearl Line,Shanghai Metro,the existing technical reformation scheme of data acquisition system for shields previously introduced from overseas is reformed.With the newly added gyroscope,the computer application software is developed for attitude control,shield tunneling data management,and dedicated expandable LAN network on shield's real time data.The presented software is well referable for data acquisition in domestically manufactured shields henceforth.
