摘要
采用回归方法找出高新技术园区的投入———产出关系,在此基础上做出综合评价,并利用模糊聚类方法对评价结果进行了验证,最后对2010年大连高新技术园区的投入产出及其综合实力进行了预测。
This paper finds out the relation between input and output of high-tech zones by using regression method, makes comprehensive assessment based on the relation, validates the result by means of fuzzy clustering and finally forecasts the input/output and the comprehensive strength of Dalian high-tech zone in 2010.
