摘要
随着中国加入 WTO,我们的期刊出版业也面临着严峻的挑战 ,改革与创新迫在眉捷。创新是发展的命脉 ,是制胜的关键 ,它不但指观念 ,更有实践 ,强调期刊中人的作用 ,注重制度与管理的有机结合。
With China entering into WTO,our periodical a re facing hard challenges,so its reformation and innovation are extremly urgent. As the lifeline of the periodical and key to success,innovation not only refers to the theory,but also practice that stresses the positive role of human being i n periodical publication,while paying more attention to combine system with mana gement as well as reflecting the category and characteristic mostly.
