摘要
用板波诱发波超声检测技术检测固体火箭发动机界面脱粘是一种有效的方法,然而对于由多层钢/橡胶粘接而成的发动机柔性接头,由于其结构特殊,不易从回波信号中直接判断各界面的粘接状态。针对这一情况,文中采用对回波信号进行低通滤波,再求能量的方法,解决了这种材料多界面脱粘检测问题。
The Lamb wave method is used to detect interface debond in the solid propellant rocket motors.But the structure of the flexible joint of the solid propellant rocket motors is peculiar,and it is difficuh to judge the adhesive state of the flexible joint by the ultrasonic pulse echo.The method using the energy of the echo signal filtered by Iowpasa is introduced in this paper to resolve the problem of judging the adhesive state of the structure.
