摘要
介绍了农业科研院所图书馆应如何有限的经费 ,开发利用网上文献资源 ,建设馆藏 ,为农业科研及用户提供保障服务的实践及体会 ,并提出网络环境下图书馆建设可以向“小而全、大而更全”的方向发展的观点。
The practice and experience,with limited funds and using literatures resources of Internet, on construction of library and service for agricultural researches and users are introduced. The idea that the construction,in network environment,could develop towards the direction-small but complete,or big and more complete is proposed.
