摘要
目的 :通过研究赤芍对大鼠脂肪肝模型瘦素及胰岛素抵抗的影响 ,探讨其抗脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 :用高脂饮食联合四环素腹腔注射致大鼠肝脂肪变性造模 ,并分为赤芍高剂量组、赤芍低剂量组、东宝肝泰组 ,分别灌胃给药 4 9d后检测血清瘦素及胰岛素抵抗指数 ,并设模型组及空白组作对照。结果 :赤芍高低剂量组及东宝肝泰组体重及肝指数均较模型组低 ,瘦素水平及胰岛素抵抗指数与模型组比较明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示赤芍有改善瘦素及胰岛素抵抗作用。结论
Objective: By studying the effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra on Leptin and insulin-resistance in rat models with fatty liver, the author made a research into this herb's machenism on combating fatty liver. Method: Rat models of fatty degeneration of livers were induced by high-fat food feeding plus abdominal injection of Tetracycline. After the rats were divied into a high-dose group of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, a low-dose group of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Dongbao Gantai Group, they were given medicines respectively by gastric infusion; meanwhile, a model group and a placebo group were set up for the sake of comparison. 49 days later their indexes of leptin and insulin-resistance in serum were measured. Result: In comparison of the model group there were lower indexes of weight and liver in the high dose group of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Dongbai Gantai Group; at the same time, there appeared marked reduction of the levels of leptin and insulin-resistance index(P<0.05). The result suggested Radix Paeoniae Rubra's effect of improving leptin and insulin-resistance. Conclusion: The thrapeutic effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubrae on fatty liver is probally attribntable to this herb's mechanism of improving insulin and leptin resistance.
