摘要
目的 探讨计算机摄影 (CR)、超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 42例乳腺肿块患者行CR、超声检查 ,比较二者的优点和缺点。CR、超声诊断乳腺癌患者行立体定位穿刺作细胞学检查。结果 42例乳腺肿块患者 ,CR扫描诊断敏感性 95 %。乳腺癌 2 9例 ,准确率 85 %。B超诊断乳腺癌 2 8例 ,准确率 83 %。实性肿块、囊性肿块敏感性 10 0 %。CR在检查小结节、乳腺结构不良及致密影的X线征象较超声有优势 ,超声在诊断乳腺囊肿 ,鉴别乳腺囊肿与实性肿块准确率较有优势。结论 CR扫描与超声联合应用检查乳腺、提高乳腺肿块征象的综合显示率 ,可早期发现乳腺癌 ,提高乳腺癌诊断的正确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of computed radiography and sonography. Methods Computed radiography, sonography were obtained in 42 patients with breast masses, and the merits and dismerits in two examinations were compared fine-needle aspiration were performed in patients were diagnosed breast cancer by CR. Sonography and cytology examination was obtained. Results CR in 29 of 42 patients demonstrated breast cancer and senstivity was 95.8% and accuracy was 85%. Diagnosed breast cancer with sonography were 28 cases, the accuracy was 83%, the senstivity was 100% in solid breast masses and cystic breast masses. The display rate of CR in small nodes construction disorder of mammany gland dense shadow were increased as compared with sonography. The accuracy rate of sonography in diagnosed cystic breast masses. Compared cystic breast masses and solid breast mass were in advaced. Conclusion With use of CR, sonography, breast cancer can be early found, the accuracy for detection of occult breast cancer and display rate of imaging in breast masses can be improved.
