摘要
在知识社会中,当知识管理被看成是一个公司、一个行业,甚至是一个国家生存和发展的决定因素时,知识管理越来越受人关注。有关知识管理的理论和技术在各个领域都得到了很大的发展,这一方面极大的丰富了知识管理的内涵,使得知识管理具有多面性,但另一方面又使的知识管理变的更复杂和难以理解。本文针对我国各行业研究和实施知识管理项目失败多于成功这一现状,着重从四个方面分析了产生这种现状的根本原因,并在此基础上提出了基于双重知识转化理论模型的知识管理系统的技术方案,为制造型企业和知识型企业的知识管理研究者和实践者提供了一种新思路。
Knowledge management is increasingly imperative as it is viewed as the key determinant of a firm, industry or country for survival and growth in knowledge era. With the research advancement in knowledge itself and knowledge management in different fields, more and complex theories and methodologies were emergent, which enriches the connotation of knowledge management and makes knowledge management multifaceted but more complex to be mastered. According to the situation of knowledge management projects researched and implemented in many fields in China, that most of them suffered defeats, this paper addressed that there are four fundamental reasons contributed to that phenomenon, and proposed a technical scenarios of knowledge management system, based on two kinds of knowledge transferring models, aiming to provide a new way of thinking for researchers and practioners of knowledge management both in knowledge-based companies and in manufacturing companies.
