摘要
文章通过研究网络信息资源管理中的社会问题,对其管理过程中的人文因素进行了论述,即运用行政、法律、道德手段规范信息行为,打击信息犯罪,保护信息产权,弥补技术管理的不足,才能带来真正有序的信息空间。
The paper studied the society questions in the network information resources management,and analysed the humanistic factors in its management process,that multipurpose use the policy?law?morals means to regulate information behaviour, hit information crime to develop the ordered syberspace.
