摘要
该文简述河北省张家口市坝缘山地自然、经济概况及生态环境恶化现状,指出坝缘山地要以小流域为单位综合治理及其治理原则,重点讨论了小流域综合治理的途径与方略:详细阐明小流域综合防护体系,包括坡面防护体系和沟道防护体系的布局、措施;强调以植物措施为主、植物措施与工程措施的相互结合;合理利用土地资源,做到宜林则林,宜牧则牧,宜农则农,实现防护与经济效果相结合;建设基本农田,稳定粮食生产。
This paper presents the general natural and economic conditions of Mountain in the South of Bashang Plateau of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It poses the problems in the deterioration of ecological environment and the importance and principles of small watershed comprehensive management. It also discussed four significant methods for the small watershed comprehensive management: constructing comprehensive protective system; combing vegetation measure with engineering measure; exploiting land resources rationally and developing framing, forestry and animal husbandry; reconstructing fundamental farm land and applying modern dry farming techniques so as to exploit the productive potential of arable land.
