摘要
目的 探讨高频超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值及其病理基础。方法 选取由超声诊断 ,并经病理证实的 84例乳腺肿块 ,分析其高频超声的形态、边缘轮廓、包膜、边界及内部回声影、肿块后方及侧方回声影等表现特征。并结合肿块内部及周边的血流变化 ,将其分为良、恶性 ,同时与病理结果对照。结果 高频超声诊断乳腺肿块良、恶性的准确率为 82 14 % (6 9/ 84 ) ,高频超声联合彩色多普勒、能量多普勒及脉冲多普勒等超声检查后 ,诊断乳腺肿块良、恶性的准确率提高为 89 2 9% (75 / 84 )。结论 高频超声结合彩色多普勒、能量多普勒及脉冲多普勒等超声检查 ,可提高乳腺肿块性质的诊断正确性。
Aim Discuss the diagnoses value and pathology base to galactophore trumour diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonic.Methods Selected 84 case that diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonic and patholgy, analyzed those case's configuration,fringe figure, bundle theca,boundary and inner echo etc.comparison with the resultpatholog.Results In 84 cases,having 69 cases with CDFI and EDFI,the rate of nicety advanced to 89.29%.Conclusion The method of high frequency ultrasonic associated with CDFI and EDFI can improve the improve the nicety rate of diagnoses to galactophore tumour.
