摘要
文章首先对新型工业化的具体特征及其内涵作出了阐述,并分析了新型工业化与创业环境改善之 间的关系,然后对中国及南京市的创业环境进行了简单评价,列举了南京创业环境建设中存在的主要问题,并 提出了相应的对策。
At the beginning, the paper explains the characteristics and connotation of Neo-industrialization, and analyses the relationship between Neo-industrialization and founding an undertaking. The paper then evaluates the environment of founding an undertaking in China and Nanjing, and lists the main problems about Nanjing. At the end, the paper puts forward some advice to solve these problems.
