摘要
采用恒电流型电化学工艺,控制适当的电化学反应条件,分别在酸腐蚀的钨片和机械抛光的钨片上制备了BaWO4多晶膜.运用XRD,SEM测试手段分析表征了产物的晶相和表面形貌,结果表明,在相同的电化学条件下,机械抛光这种衬底处理方式可以较为有效地改善BaWO4多晶膜的表面平整度和均匀性.
Crystallized BaWO_4 films with a scheelite-structure were prepared on tungsten substrates by electrochemical method under chronopotentiometry mode. The films were characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. The effects of roughness of substrates on the morphology of films have been studied experimentally. The results show that all films prepared possess of tetragonal phase. The morphology of films is changeable depending on the substrates pre-treating conditions.
