摘要
目的:验证益气逐瘀颗粒的主要药理作用。方法:以注射肾上腺素及冰水游泳建立大鼠急性血瘀证模型,观察益气逐瘀颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响;以舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察该制剂对心肌缺血模型动物ST-T段位移变化和对肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH-L)含量的影响;以二磷酸腺苷(ADP)为诱导剂,进行血小板聚集活性测定。结果:益气逐瘀颗粒对血瘀证有一定的改善作用,能降低全血黏度,对血浆黏度未见明显影响;能够缓解垂体后叶素引起的大鼠急性心肌缺血,减轻S-T段抬高程度;降低LDH-L的活性,可明显抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集。结论:益气逐瘀颗粒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标有一定的改善作用,抑制血小板聚集,对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To verify the main pharmacological action of Yiqi Zhuyu granule. Methods:The acute syndrome of blood stasis models of rat were set up by injecting Adr and swimming in ice water in order to observe the hemorheology of rat. The acute myocardial ischemia models of rat were set up by injecting hypophysin. The electrocardiogram was recorded, CK and LDH-L was determined.
