摘要
针对杨氏弹性模量测量精度不高的问题,从测量不确定度和有效数字处理入手,提出相对不确定度是影响测量精度的主要因素,通过试验,得出尺镜组装置中标尺使用是制约整个测量精度的瓶颈。从测量精度的角度改进杨氏弹性模量测量装置,将尺镜组中标尺改进为自制的移动标尺,描述了自制移动标尺装置,并将光杠杆常数的测量仪器由米尺改进为游标卡尺。采用改进方法和装置,通过试验得出,测量结果总不确定度下降了47.2%。
Focusing on the lower measurement accuracy of Young’s elastic modulus,this paper submits that the main factor of measurement accuracy is relative uncertainty from measurement uncertainty and processing significant digits.
