摘要
基于投入产出经济学视角分析,我们希望信息化的成本越低越好,而信息化的收益越高越好。我国提出了全面推进信息化、缩小与发达国家信息化差距的战略构想。但我国是一个发展中的转轨大国,各方面基础薄弱且相互间发展不平衡,只能选准突破口,以IP为核心,以EPC技术应用为契机,推行软件构件化,开发中小企业适用的软件,农村以电信为依托,走低成本信息化之路,提高社会整体效益。
From the input-output economics point of view,we hope that the cost of informationization the lower the better,and the income of the informationization the higher the better.The idea of boosting informationization completely and bridging the gap between our country and developed country of informationization was brought forward in our country.But our country is a big developing country in paradigm shift,with weak bedrock in every aspect and imbalance developing one another,so we have to choose the correct sally port,to take the IP as the core and EPC technology as turning point,to push software as constructional element,to develop the software that can be applied to middle and small enterprises,to make and the countryside rely on telecom and to take the track of low cost informationization,in order to advance the integral benefit of the society.
