摘要 应用MCS-51设计一个多功能、多用途的称重配料显示仪表。以Atmel公司生产的AT89C52Flash单片机为核心,采用了Σ-Δ结构分辨率高达24位的AD7710芯片完成模数转换,通过8279芯片完成键盘及显示部分的控制,实现了RS-232接口与PC机之间的通讯,构成了可以完成自动配料的多功能仪表。通过软件设计,加强了配料精度的控制,实现了故障自动报警、信息自动保存、多种配料控制方式等功能。该称重配料仪表能实现4种原料的累加计量功能。 It shows how to design a multifunctional and all-purpose weighing and burden instrument with MCS-51. It is based on the control technology of AT89C52 flash singlechip and the chip is the core in this design. In order to realize analog digital conversion, this design uses an AD7710 chip. This chip has a structure of sigma-delta and its resolving power is as high as 24 bits. Also, it employs a 8279 chip to control the keyboard and display. It realizes the communication among the RS232 interfaces and PC, and composes the all-purpose instrument of automatic burden. It uses software to realize up high precision, automatic giving an alarm, automatic keeping information and making up multiprescription. The instrument can add the weight of four raw materials one by one.
