摘要
介绍了胃手术后胃瘫综合征影响因素及护理。认为与手术有关的因素主要包括:胃电节律失常,手术损伤交感神经、迷走神经,胃肠道激素分泌和调节紊乱,感染等。相关因素包括糖尿病、甲状腺功能减退等。护理方面应加强病人的心理护理、营养支持及药物治疗期间的护理。
It introduced the influencing factors and nursing care of patients with gastropelgia syndrome after gastric operation. It believed that the factors related with surgery included gastric electrical rhythm disturbance, vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve injury in operation, secretion and regulation disorder of gastrointestinal hormone, and infection etc. Its relevant factors included both diabetes and hypothyrea. As for nursing care, it suggested that one should strengthen psychological care, nutritional support and nursing care during drug therapy.
