摘要
教学秘书是高校教学管理工作的重要参与者,本文就高等学校教学秘书工作的性质与特点,职责与任务以及教学秘书应具备的素质进行了探讨,强调了教学秘书在高校教学管理工作中的重要性,建议各高校重视教学秘书的工作,建立相应的机制,充分调动教学秘书的积极性。
Teaching secretary is an important role in teaching administration in universities. In this paper, the properties of the teaching secretary work, and the qualities, responsibility and task of teaching secretary are discussed. Then the importance of teaching secretary job is emphasized. It is suggested that enough emphasis must be put on the teaching secretary work and the corresponding system must be set up to motivate the teaching secretaries.
