摘要
试验在番鸭胚性分化前注入芳香化酶抑制剂Formestane(F组)Letrozole(L组) 进行孵化,以了解其对孵化率的影响;通过人工雌雄鉴别和剖检,了解雄番鸭性腺发育情况。结果表明:芳香化酶抑制剂对番鸭孵化率存在一定的影响,尤其L组的孵化率最低,经统计分析, F组与对照组间孵化率差异不显著(P>0.05),L组与对照组间孵化率差异显著(P<0.05);性别鉴定结果为,F组与L组公番鸭所占比例间无显著差异(P>0.05),而F组与对照组间差异极显著 (P<0.01).L组与对照组比较,则公番鸭所占比例差异显著(P<0.05);对人工性别鉴定为雄性的番鸭进行随机剖检,发现有部分公番鸭的睾丸与正常睾丸形态不同,左侧睾丸比右侧略大,偏长,组织结构不紧密。
ln the present experiment,the fertilized eggs were injected with aromatase inhibitor of Formestane(F group) or Letrozole(L group) to study the influence on the rate of sex,hatchbility and the growth of gonads.The results indicated that:first,aromatase inhibitor cowld influence the hatchbility,especially for L group,vnich hatchbility was lowest.There were no significant difference between F group and control group(P>0.05).Second,the rate of male duck of F group was higher than that of L group and control group,and there were significantly difference between F group or L group and the control group(P<0.05).Third,when dissected male ducks,we found a few of male duck's gonads were differ from no-mal duck's gonads as left gonads were larger and longer than that of nomal gonad.and the tissue structures were loose.
