摘要
随着我国经济和社会的迅猛发展,高等学校的校园建设在高等教育发展中的越来越显现出重要作用。建设针对性强、具有学校学科特色和浓郁文化氛围、创新能力强的开放性、社会化、国际化的大学校园,对促进高等学校的建设和发展,实现高等教育的全面、和谐和可持续发展具有重要意义。因此,新时期高等学校校园建设的发展趋势是:突出绿色校园的特征,提高有限土地利用效率;校园建设要具有前瞻性,实现传统功能区由封闭型向开放型的转变;强化大学科技园区建设,构建和打造创新平台和产业孵化器;建筑单体实行模数化设计,扩大交往空间,增加信息交流场所;体现以人为本的规划宗旨,创造和谐发展环境,满足不同层次的需求。
As economy and society grow rapidly in China,the campus construction of colleges and universities is showing more and more importance during the development of higher education.To construct an open,social and internationalized campus which is full of clear pertinence,typical specialty feature,full-bodied cultural atmosphere and great ability to innovate,could significantly improve the construction and progress of colleges and universities,achieve a complete,harmonious and sustainable development of higher education.Therefore,the developmental trend of campus construction of colleges and universities in the new era can be concluded as following: emphasize the characteristic of green campus;improve utilization efficiency of limited land,and have foreknowledge for campus construction;realize the change of traditional functional sections from enclosure to openness,strengthen the construction of science and technology sections of colleges and universities;establish and create flat roof for innovation and hatching base for industries,design a single building under modernization;expand space for communication;increase places for information intercommunion,embody 'man-based' programming tenet;create a harmonious and developmental environment;and finally satisfy all requirements from different administrative levels.
