摘要
目的测定珠子肝泰胶囊中的没食子酸。方法采用RP-HPLC法,C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0 m.lmin-1,检测波长270 nm。结果没食子酸4.16~31.20μg与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=1.24%(n=5)。结论所建方法简便、结果准确,可用于珠子肝泰胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of gallic acid in Zhuzi Gantai capsules(ZGTC).METHODS An HPLC method was used.The chromatographic column was C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methol-0.1% phosphoric acid and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.RESULTS The linear range was between 4.16-31.2 μg for gallic acid.The mean recovery was 100.08%,RSD=1.24%(n=5).CONCULSION The method is convenient,accurate and can be used for the quality control of ZGTC.
