AOTF光谱装置的波长扫描系统设计

摘要 声光可调滤光器(Acousto-optic Tunable Filter-AOTF)是根据声光作用原理制成的新型分光器件,AOTF光谱装置中的核心部分是分光器件发展出的波长扫描系统,主要分为频率合成与射频功率放大两个部分。集中探讨基于锁相环频率合成技术的计算机控制波长扫描系统设计,为进一步对光谱仪的研究打下基础。 The electronic disperse device-AOTF(acousto-optic tunable filter) is a new spectroscope according to acousto-optic effection.The core of AOTF spectrometer is the design of PC-controlled wavelength scanning system,which include two parts: wavelength scanning and power magnifying.The article is focus on the system based on PLL(phase locked loop) synthesizer.
