摘要
目的研究并测定三七主根和根茎中三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量及指纹图谱。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(150 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长203nm。结果含量测定中三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的线性范围分别为0.184~1.840、0.994~9.940、0.896~8.960μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=1.21%)、101.3%(RSD=1.32%)、100.7%(RSD=0.93%)(n=9)。三七主根和根茎的HPLC指纹图谱分离效果好。结论所建含量测定和指纹图谱的方法简便、准确,重复性好。测定结果显示,无论是三七各成分的含量,还是色谱峰的数目,根茎均明显高于三七主根。
