摘要
目的:了解脑血管病患者住院期间的护理需求情况,分析影响脑血管病患者住院护理需求的影响因素。方法:以住院脑血管病患者300例从六个方面20条问题进行问卷调查。结果:脑血管病患者住院期间对护理的需求受年龄,职业,文化层次,医疗付款方式,婚姻状况,健康状态及患病时间等相关因素的影响,结论:在脑血管病患者住院期间提供护理服务要重视,尊重病人的各项权利,满足患者多方面的护理需求,并注意需求的个性化,从而帮助脑血管病患者适应疾病过程,促进康复,确保良好的生存质量。
Objective: To study the nursing requirement of cerebrovascular disease patient, analyze the factors of the nursing requirement which affect the cerebral vascular disease patients. Methods: In the case of 300 patients,using the questionnaire via 20 questions in six aspects. Results: The nursing requirement is affected by such factors: age, profession, culture, medical payments, marriage, health, prevalence time. Conclusions: Patients with cerebrovascular disease were offered extensive and individual nursing requirements during hospitalization. In addition, all kinds of their rights should be emphasized and respected, to help them adopt the disease process, speed healing and ensure a better living quality.
