摘要
目的:通过对重庆市居民的健康状况进行综合评价,探讨组合赋权法在卫生综合评价中的应用。方法:首先用专家法和熵值法分别确定指标权重,在此基础上用组合赋权法来确定指标权重并进行综合评价。结果:组合赋权法确定的指标权重值介于专家法和熵值法之间,综合评价结果合理。结论:组合赋权法使专家法和熵值法确定的权重达到最优化组合,使综合评价更科学更合理。
Objective: To conduct a comprehensive evaluation on inhabitants,health status in Chongqing municipality and explore the application of the method of combined weights in health comprehensive evaluation.Methods: To decide the weights with the method of combined weights on the basis of the Experts Method and the Shannon Method,then to make a comprehensive evaluation on inhabitants,health status with it.Results: The weights calculated by the method of combined weights are between those calculated by the Experts Method and the Shannon Method;the results of comprehensive evaluation accord with the real situation.Conclusion: The method of combined weights optimizes the Experts Method and the Shannon Method and makes the comprehensive evaluation more scientific and reasonable.
