摘要
Rho激酶是具有信息传导和分子开关功能的信号多肽,与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、冠脉痉挛、心肌缺血等主要心血管病的发生和发展关系密切,并通过多种途径参与血管损伤后内膜增殖和再狭窄的调控过程。现简要综述再狭窄发病过程中Rho激酶的作用机制及Rho激酶抑制剂预防再狭窄的实验结果。
Rho-kinase is a kind of polypeptide served as a molecular switch with the function of signal transduction.It also closely related with the genesis and development of main cardiovascular diseases(such as atherosclerosis,hypertension,coronary artery spasm and myocardial ischemia).Rho-kinase take part in the genesis of restenosis through many different ways.The role of Rho-kinase played in the genesis of restenosis and the experimental results about Rho-kinase inhibitors were reviewed in this article.
