摘要
采用高速电喷镀工艺制备纳米Ni/聚四氟乙烯复合镀层,并研究了喷射速度、电流密度、沉积时间等工艺参数对镀层组织形貌的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射环境扫描电子显微镜(FEGE-SEM)、红外光谱等方法研究了纳米聚四氟乙烯在复合镀层中的表征问题;采用恒电位仪研究了不同含量纳米聚四氟乙烯复合镀层的腐蚀电位及阴极极化曲线的变化规律。结果表明,Ni与纳米聚四氟乙烯共沉积可以显著改善镀层的腐蚀性能。
Ni/PTFE nanocomposite coatings were prepared by high speed jet electrodeposition. The effects of flow speed of electrolyte, current density, deposition time on the microstructure of nanocomposite coatings were investigated. The nano-PTFE existed in the composite coatings was studied by SEM, field - emission - gun environment scanning electron microscopes ( FEGE-SEM) , electron prone microanalyzer and infrared spectroscopy. A change of corrosion potential and polarization curves for composite coatings of various nano-PTFE contents through EG&G Model 273A Potentiostat/ Galvanostal was explored. The results show that codeposition of Ni and nano - PTFE can obviously improve corrosion protection properties.
