摘要
应用复乳化-溶剂挥发法制备了聚3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)微球,采用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和扫描电镜进行分析表征。结果表明,制备成空白微球和载药微球后,PHB的结晶度降低,且载药微球中PHB结晶度的降低较空白微球更加明显;所考察影响包封率的3个因素中,油水体积比的影响是最为明显的,油相的比例越大,包封率就越高,油水体积比为1∶40时包封率最高,达到79.5%;第一水相的体积对微球的表面形态影响很大,第一水相的比例越大,会在微球的表面留下更多的孔隙结构。
Double emulsion-solvent evaporation method was used to prepare the poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) microspheres.Infrared spectroscopy(IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to charactirize the properties of the microspheres.The results indicated that the crystal degree of PHB decreased after forming the microspheres,which was more evident than that of the PHB-MS.The volume ratio of oil and water(W_1/O) had the most evident effect on entrapment efficiency among three factors which were studied.The more the oil volume was,the higher the entrapment efficiency was,the entrapment efficiency reached 79.5% when the volume ratio of oil and water(W_1/O) was 1/40.It was found that W_1 volume had great influence on surface morphology of microsphere,the surface of microspheres would had more holes when water W_1 volume gradually increased.
