摘要
为了除去老陈醋中的固体悬浮物和细菌,采用无机陶瓷膜对老陈醋进行除菌、除浊中试实验研究。实验表明:采用孔径为100 nm的无机陶瓷膜可以将食醋中的固体悬浮物和细菌全部去除,并且过滤后的食醋感观、理化和卫生指标符合国家标准;在最佳操作压力0.14 MPa、温度25℃下,系统可连续、稳定运行20 h以上,平均膜通量为41 L.m-2.h-1;化学清洗20 min后,可使膜通量恢复至初始通量的97%。
A pilot study was carried out to remove suspended solid and bacterium from vinegar with inorganic ceramic membrane as a micro-filter.The results show that suspended solid and bacterium can be removed absolutely with 100 nm inorganic ceramic membrane,and the vinegar obtained can meet the China's national quality standard for vinegar.Under the conditions of 0.14 MPa(optimal operation pressure) and 25℃,the process can circulate 20 h continuously and steadily,and its average membrane permeability can be 41 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1).After 20 minutes of cleaning,the membrane's standard permeability can be restored to higher than 97% than before.
