摘要
介绍了生物柴油的特点以及国内外制取生物柴油的原料油现状。对微生物油脂的结构、原材料及其作为生物柴油原料的可行性进行了分析。指出秸秆的预处理、水解方式的选择、糖液发酵、微生物油脂的转酯化是以生物质为原料制取生物柴油路线存在的关键问题。
The characteristic of biodiesel and the status of lipids feedstock for biodiesel production at home and aboard are introduced.The structure of microgrease,its raw material and the feasibility of it as feedstock biodiesel production are analyzed.It is pointed out that the pretreatment of straw,the way of hydrolysis,fementation of sugar liquid,and trans-esterification of microgrease are the key problems to produce biodiesel.
