摘要
粉末冶金法(PM法)应用于钛及钛合金产品的生产,降低了钛制品生产成本。该法中钛粉末或氢化钛粉末是主要生产原料。以不饱和氢化钛粉代替钛粉或饱和氢化钛粉进行粉末冶金钛合金的生产,不但能缩短生产周期,而且能进一步降低生产成本。通常不饱和氢化钛的制备是由饱和氢化钛粉脱氢而来的,周期长,能耗很高。本文研究了氢化法制备不饱和氢化钛粉的工艺,通过氢化过程中温度、氢压力、氢化时间等因素的控制,制备出了满足粉末冶金用的不饱和氢化钛粉末。
Powder metallurgy is used to produce Ti and its alloy and reduce the cost of its product.Ti powder or titanium hydride powder is the major material in powder metallurgy.If unsaturated titanium hydride powder can be using in the process instead of Ti powder or saturated titanium hydride powder,not only the cost of products can be greatly reduced,but also the production cycle can be shortened.Generally,unsaturated titanium hydride powder is produced from saturated titanium hydride powder by dehydrogenated process.The technique also needs long time and expensive cost.A new technique of producing unsaturated titanium hydride powder was studied.During the course of hydrogenation,by means of controlling the temperature,hydrogen pressure and time,the unsaturated titanium hydride powder is produced successfully.
