摘要
近年来,我国理论界对党的执政能力内涵的研究有“综合说“、“关系说“、“层次说“、“形态说“等观点,对党的执政合法性问题的研究有“合乎法理论”、“人民拥护论”、“实质与形式统一论”等观点,对党的执政资源与环境的研究有“执政条件总和论”、“物质与手段总和论”等观点,对党的执政能力的评价研究则提出了“四维一体”、“三大主题”、“一个总标准、三个具体标准”等量化体系。
In recent years,for the research of the connotation of the party's ruling capability,china's theory circles have proposed the such ideas as 'on synthesis','on relationship','on levels' and 'on morphology';for the research of a problem of the party's ruling validity,they have presented the such views as 'on legality and rationality','on the masses' support' and 'on the unity of substance and form';for the research of the party's ruling resources and environment,they have advanced the such concepts as 'on a Abstract of ruling conditions' and 'on a Abstract of substance and means';for the research of the evaluation of the party's ruling capability,they have put forward the such quantity systems as ' four-dimensional integration','three main subjects' and 'three concrete standards'.
