摘要
文章认为中国多元化经济发展已经进入到一个新阶段:民营经济的产业层次、组织结构与经济地位全面升格;国有经济开始振兴;随着以质为主或质、量并重引资方针的提出,外资经济的质量也将随之提升;多层次、多形式的混合经济已成为中国经济的一个重大特点,也是和谐社会的重要基础。文章强调,在国有经济振兴的过程中,政府与社会应反哺国有经济,进一步巩固国有经济的主体地位。
This paper argues that the development of China's diversified economy has come into a new phase:the industrial lev- els,organized structures,and economic status of the folk-run economy have been upgraded;our national economy has begun to develop vigorously;along with the advancement of the policy for introduction of foreign investment,the foreign-capital economy will be improved;a mixed economy with multi-level and multi-forms has become a major characteristic of the Chinese econo- my,as well as the primary foundation of a harmonious society.The paper emphasizes that while the state-owned economy is be- ing vitalized,government and society should feed it in return so as to further consolidate its dominant position.
