摘要
在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/正丁醇/环己烷/水溶液(Na2WO4)组成的微乳液体系中加入浓盐酸制备WO3纳米粉体,并确定了最佳的制备工艺。利用XRD、TG、TEM、FTIR和UV-Vis等分析手段对产物的结构和性质进行了表征。实验结果显示,前驱物粉末经500℃恒温处理3h后,获得的浅黄色纳米WO3产物为单斜晶相,平均粒径约为55nm,呈类球形结构。
The concentrated hydrochloric acid was added directly to(CTAB+n-butanol)/cyclohexane/aqueous solution of Na_2WO_4 w/o microemulsion system,and WO_3 nanopowders with high purity were obtained.The optimal preparation processes were determined.The structure and property of the product were analyzed by XRD、TG、TEM、FTIR and UV-Vis.The results indicated the pale yellow nanosized WO_3 powders were composed of monoclinic crystal phase after calcining the precursors at 500℃ for 3h.The WO_3 nanoparticles hade spheroid...
