摘要
目的分析胆道结石术后再次手术的原因,总结诊治经验。方法对15年多来收治的46例胆道结石术后再次手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献进行探讨。结果胆道结石术后再次手术的原因主要有原胆道结石残留或复发、肝胆管结石脱落于肝外胆管等。其治疗主要以胆总管切开取石T管引流、胆管空肠Roux—Y吻合术为主的手术治疗。结论应尽量完善术前检查,以明确胆道结石术后需再次手术的原因,术中取尽结石,解除胆道狭窄,通畅引流,选择合适的手术方式,术后采取综合治疗是预防胆道结石术后再次手术的关健。
