2型糖尿病大鼠血清AGEs与骨代谢相关性分析 被引量:4

Changes of Serum Concentrations of AGEs in Type 2 Diabetic Model of Rats and Correlations with Bone Metabolic Related Indexes

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病大鼠血清晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)含量及其与骨代谢指标改变的相互关系。方法30只3月龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,一组为高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素诱导建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,另一组为正常对照组。成模后喂养20周处死。采用酶联免疫吸附实验测定大鼠血清AGEs含量。观察股骨和腰椎骨密度、灰干重比、骨生物力学、骨代谢相关指标(血清钙、磷、骨钙素、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ)的变化。结果与正常组相比,(1)糖尿病组大鼠血清AGEs含量显著升高;(2)灰干重比、腰椎和股骨骨密度、骨生物力学显著降低;(3)血清钙、磷降低,但差异无显著性,血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶升高,血清骨钙素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ降低,差异均有显著性;(4)AGEs与骨密度、力学指标之间存在较强负相关。结论2型糖尿病大鼠血清AGEs含量升高,可能是导致糖尿病模型鼠骨量下降和骨生物力学特性改变的原因之一。 Objective To study the changes of serum concentrations of advanced glycation end-products(AGEs)in type 2 diabetic model of rats,and investigate the correlations with the bone metabolic related indexes.Methods Thirty three months old male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups including type 2 diabetes mellitus group and normal control group.Type 2 diabetic model of rats were set up by feeding high-glucose-high-fat diet and by injecting intraperitoneally with a low-dose of streptozotocin(STZ).All ra...
