摘要
侦查学的研究方向和学科价值取向问题是侦查学学科构建和发展中无法回避、亟待明晰的问题。侦查学以侦查活动为研究对象,并应通过这种研究为侦查实践提供智力支持。侦查学与刑事诉讼法学有着极其明确的学科分野,不应甘做刑事诉讼法学的附庸。侦查学研究应该关注侦查实战部门对侦查学理论的需求,走理论与实践相结合的道路,积极学习和借鉴军事学的研究范式,注重本体研究,推动侦查学研究健康发展。
