摘要
发展农村专业合作组织是农业市场化经营的基本方式,也是解决我国"大国小农"农村经营体制落后问题的根本途径。以山东省农村专业合作组织发展为例,深入分析了存在的问题,提出了促进农村专业合作组织发展的战略及具体的对策措施。
