摘要
阀门的密封性能取决于阀盘与阀座组成的密封副性能,而阀盘与阀座组成的摩擦副性能又是影响其密封性能的主要因素。通过对各种密封副进行摩擦学试验,比较了各自的摩擦学性能,发现通过对阀座材料进行等离子喷涂镍基合金以及将阀盘材料更换为超高分子量聚乙烯,可有效改善其摩擦学性能,达到改进阀门密封性能的目的。
