摘要
大学生是民族的希望,祖国的未来;辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者、引路人和知心朋友。辅导员的工作实效状况如何,关系到大学生的整体素质,关系到国家的前途和民族的命运。因而,不断加强辅导员队伍建设,增强辅导员工作实效,历来受到党和政府的高度重视。考察当前高校辅导员工作实效不足的主要问题,分析辅导员自身存在的原因,以增强高校辅导员工作实效。
