摘要 采用酸析-弱酸解两段法分离提纯麦草碱木素,通过凝胶渗透色谱分析(GPC)对木素试样进行了分子量检测,得出麦草碱木素的分子量分布,计算出碱木素数均和质均分子量。利用红外光谱,对木素结构进行了系统的分析。经过衍生化的麦草碱木素,通过磷谱核磁共振(31P-NMR)技术得出木素结构谱图,对木素结构中脂肪羟基、总酚羟基和羧基以及总酚羟基中各酚羟基功能基团进行定量分析对比。对麦草碱木素结构有了更全面的了解,为木素的进一步改性及广泛应用提供了条件。 The two-stage method was chosen as the isolation and purification methods for alkali lignin from the liquor of wheat straw pulping.The alkali lignin samples were tested through GPC,and the molecular weight distribution was studied.The quantity-average molecular weight and mass-average molecular weight of lignin were obtained.The lignin structure was detailedly analysed by the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.The 31P-NMR spectra of phosphorized alkali lignin were oblained.The contents of aliphatic OH,...
