摘要 阐述了滚切式双边剪主减速箱齿轮锥套液压过盈连接装置的结构特征及其工作原理,并对其进行了力学分析和计算。与现有双键技术相比,锥套液压过盈连接技术具有联接强度高、便于装配、调整和拆卸等优点。该装置已在中厚板厂获得广泛应用和推广,实践证明了该设计的合理性、先进性和可靠性。 The principle and structural character of main reducer gear taper-bushing hydraulic pressure excessively full connection device of rolling-cut double trimming shear were described in this paper,including its mechanics analysis and calculation.Compare with the double keys technology in existence,the taper-bushing hydraulic pressure excessively full connection technology has the advantage of high connecting strength,convenience in assembly,adjustment and disassembly.This kind of device had already been put in...
