摘要
阐述了滚切式双边剪主减速箱齿轮锥套液压过盈连接装置的结构特征及其工作原理,并对其进行了力学分析和计算。与现有双键技术相比,锥套液压过盈连接技术具有联接强度高、便于装配、调整和拆卸等优点。该装置已在中厚板厂获得广泛应用和推广,实践证明了该设计的合理性、先进性和可靠性。
