摘要
分析了高压缸的应力分布特点,推导了确定缸筒内压的公式,通过对该公式的分析,得出缸筒径比大于5时高压缸所能承受的最大工作内压趋于定值的结论。由第四强度理论推导出了高压缸危险位置处(缸筒内壁)的当量应力的计算公式,并进一步建立了缸筒内压与缸筒径比及持久极限的量化关系。根据这些关系提出了在设计厚壁高压缸(主要指超高压缸)时,为了提高工作内压而应采取适当结构形式的建议,这些建议对于如何有效设计使用缸筒具有一定的指导意义。
The characteristics of stress distribution in high-pressure vessel are analyzed, and the formula of inner pressure is derived. The maximal inner pressure that the high-pressure vessel can support does not increase when the diameter ratio is more than 5.
