摘要
试验测定了 2 2 5Cr 1Mo钢贝氏体相变的相变塑性变形 ,并观测了相变塑性变形随相变进程的演化规律。根据试验结果确定了相变塑性模型。试验测定了应力对 2 2 5Cr 1Mo钢贝氏体最大转变量和相变动力学参数的影响系数。
The magnitude and evolution of transformation plasticity during the isothermal bainite transformation of 2 25Cr 1Mo steel at 500℃ is experimentally investigated by means of measuring both radial and axial deformations of cylindrical specimen. A phenomenal model has been proposed according to the experimental results. The effects of uniaxial stress on the maximum transformed volume fraction and the kinetic parameter k of bainite transformation are also determined. It is found that the transformation plasticity coefficient, the maximum transformed fraction and the kinetic parameter k of bainite transformation is proportional to the equivalent stress.
