光子晶体的感应透明与无反转增益

摘要 讨论了镶嵌在光子晶体中的N个三能级原子的吸收特性,发现光子带隙能够诱导原子对探测光的透明与无反转增益,掺杂原子引入的缺陷模使得原子的吸收特性发生重要改变. The absorption properties of N three-level atoms embeded in photonic crystals were studied. It was shown that the photonic band-gap can induce transparency and gain without inversion of the atoms for a probe field. The defect mode associated with atomic doping can take strong effect on the absorption properties of this system.
