摘要
篮球是一项在我国开展十分普及的群众体育活动。篮球的投篮技术是篮球运动最基本而又关键性的技术 ,本文探讨了如何进行篮球投篮训练 。
Basketball is a very popular mass sports activity all over the country, while shooting skill is the basic and important technique. The paper discusses how to train shooting a basket and correctly grasp the skills.
