摘要
本文深入分析了我国房地产开发企业实际面临的现状和自身发展过程中所存在的突出问题,如房地产开发企业数量大,规模小;房地产开发企业资产负债率偏高,风险大;开发能力低,抗风险能力差;融资渠道狭窄,房地产开发企业融资困难等。针对这些问题提出了一系列措施和建议。
This text goes deep into analyzing the present new condition and the outstanding new problem existed in the process of development that our country's real estate enterprises are faced with,quantity of real estate enterprises is big,the scale is small;the debt rate is too high and there is a high degree of risk;The development ability is low,the anti-risk ability is poor ;The financing ditch is narrow and difficulty etc.finally,puts forward a series of measures and advice to settle these problems.
