摘要
合并高校的财务管理是高校实质性合并的基础,是优化教育资源配置,提高办学质量和效益,发挥学科互补优势和促进高校发展的关键因素,本文分析了合并高校的财务管理现状及存在的问题,提出了建立合并高校财务管理新模式的对策与措施。
Financial management after the amalgamation of several colleges is the base of substantial amalgamation of colleges. It is also a key element for optimizing resources collocation, improving the quality and benefit of education, developing complemented advantage of academic disciplines and promoting the development of the college. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of financial management of the amalgamated college and put forward some countermeasures of building the new mode of financial management of the amalgamated college.
