摘要
本文首先把AHP与模糊数学中的隶属函数结合起来 ,对我国 1 995年内 30个省、自治区的主要灾情进行评价和排序 ;其次 ,由聚类分析法分类 ;并通过统计检验显示出该分类是合适的 ;它提供了一种正确评价灾情的有效方法 .
This paper, the first, combining AHP with the membership function in fuzzy mathematics, makes a comprehensive evaluation and sequencing for 30 provinces and municipalities main situation of disaster in 1995; the next, classified by statistics cluster analysis, and shows that the classification is suitable under statistics test, it provides an efficacious method to evaluate correct situation of disaster.
